Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellation of appointment – if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know asap. No show or same day cancellation will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost & future bookings will not go ahead until the balance is paid.

Lateness to Appointment

We have a 10 minute grace period for lateness, it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate your appointment after this. In which case your appointment will be cancelled & 50% no show fee will apply.

Booking Fee

A non refundable booking of £20 is necessary to secure facial treatments & this fee will be deducted from the treatment prices on the day.

Refunds

All treatments are no refundable.

Parking

Free Parking at Roko Gym Car Park. We take no responsibility for any fines you may park at your own risk.
